How do I cancel or change my plan?

Log in to your dashboard and go to Settings. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click 'Sign in' and then 'Forgot password?' to receive a reset link via email. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

How do I get started with LedgerBin?

Sign up for a free trial — no credit card required. Upload a bank statement CSV and your client's Chart of Accounts, and the AI will categorize transactions automatically.

My CSV didn't import correctly. What should I do?

LedgerBin accepts standard CSV files from any bank. Make sure your file has date, description, and amount columns. If the issue persists, contact us using the form below.
