1. Information We Collect

We collect your email address, name, and payment information when you create an account. When you upload bank statement CSVs, we process transaction data (dates, descriptions, amounts) to provide categorization services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our transaction categorization service, process payments, and send service-related communications. We use AI (Claude by Anthropic) to categorize transactions. Transaction descriptions are sent to the AI model but are not stored by the AI provider for training.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Third-Party Services

We use: Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI categorization), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics). Each has their own privacy policy.

6. Your Rights
